Is it possible to upload a picture to Black Ops II Multiplayer as an emblem?

Hi all,

          I just wanted to ask if it's possible to upload a picture to Black Ops II multiplayer as an emblem, because I sometimes see people have emblems as a music band logo, animal, and other things. Because I've made an emblem which I would like to have as my emblem.
