I am at my wit's end. I have played this game since November and most of the previous titles dating back to COD4 when I was in high school.
Do you remember what it was like to fire at somebody and hit them? Consistently?
Do you remember when you had a chance to shoot at an enemy?
I do. I remember having endless amounts of fun on previous titles. My best 'gaming memories' stem back to using the M16 in COD4. Yeah, it was overpowered but whatever. I've always been an AR user and always will be. Well, until now. I can't even compete anymore. Most games I go 1.1, and if lag comp is a factor, I don't even stay in the game. I have had to leave countless amounts of games due to stress via lag compensation. Scratch 'countless'. COLOSSAL amounts. Every 2nd or 3rd lobby I have no choice but to leave because I don't even get to shoot before I'm dead.
But apparently this isn't a problem to Treyarch. So please, somebody tell me, since people seem to have infinite wisdom...
What do I do when [MLG]smokinblunts420 gets to go 40-0 every game with his diamond SMG because he gets 1 to 1.5 seconds more than I do to react? Am I supposed to laugh it off? "Haha thats funny gosh i'm 8-15 due to being UNABLE TO REACT. Tralala I'll just be whimsical and laugh it because 'its a game".
What do I do when I come behind somebody, empty my gun into him (with zero hits registered) only to have him turn around and instantly kill me? Am I supposed to believe ADS with a M27 has horrible accuracy?
These aren't rhetorical questions. Go ahead, give me advice. Tell me how this is all my fault. Show me how to improve. Tell me how [ROFL]bigballsack outplayed me by seeing me 1.5 seconds before I saw him; time and time again. Tell me how I can empty 30 rounds with a SCAR-H into an opponent running directly away from me only to have no hits register. Outplayed, right? Or am I not allowed to care because caring about a video game is 'srs business'.
I will no longer play any games made by Treyarch until they make the easy fix to lag compensation. I realize nobody cares what I do, but I am saying it because it is true. Thanks for ruining a great game, Trey.
